helpful staff

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need, including free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a coffee shop. I remember how the staff helped return my forgotten earphones. I highly recommend trying the onsen! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Kagoshima/Chuo train and bus stations as well as a couple other popular areas in the city, the Kagoshima and the top mountain. The staff were super-friendly and incredibly nice the whole time. I asked for guest room and it was compact.

Lovely views and warm service

The hotel dazzles with amazing views of Sakurajima and the city, especially from the onsen. The staff's dedication to hospitality stands out during each interaction.

Finding my way through the hotel's layout initially proved difficult, and clearer signage would have eased my navigation, especially for first-time guests.

The onsen woudl ve been lovely if it wasn't so crowded, but i guess they have to cater to everyone, even the common folk. I really expected a warm welcome gesture. Maybe a complimentary drink would have been nice. Instead, we faced a confusing maze trying to find our way around. Absolutley unacceptable.

Stunning location, big property, comfortable beds. What a brilliantly helpful staff! Compact, functional rooms overlooking the sea. Extensive and delicious breakfast with good choice of options to choose from. Really had really unforgettable stay for family vacation.

The view of Sakurajima from the terrace was absolutely stunning, making my stay truly memorable. The onsen was a real highlight. it's perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the aquarium and the shrine. I also loved the variety offered in the breakfast buffet, which catered to both Western and Japanese tastes. The shuttle service to the city center was really convenient, although I found the hotel layout a bit confusing at first.
